When someone puts in their notice at my place of employment they usually use their sick time for the 2 weeks because the company only pays 25% if you cash it out or 100% if you use it. But generally even if someone sticks around for the last 2 weeks they don't want them working.

Chick-Fil-A is the best when it comes to quality, customer service, and values in my opinion. Although In-N-Out doesn't have chicken, I feel the same way about them when it comes to fast food burgers.
