Not sure if he was 'King of Salem' how he could possible have been the Christ (preincarnate) but a 'type' yes- does seem valid. Paul had direct Revelation from Jesus so if he misspoke, especially about this- I would imagine Jesus would have brought correction into this- Melchezidek was likely not a...
