Yes, I can imagine how desperate their families must feel. I hope they are able to get them out soon; it seems to me that staying four months in the cave is too dangerous.

Is there a theological difference between the Holdemans and other types of Mennonites? I'm trying to understand why they feel that all other types of Mennonites are in error.

We don't use CC, but we do use a similar curriculum published by Memoria Press. Both are "classical" in that they teach latin and logic along with an emphasis on writing.

It's true that a young woman should not expect to find the "perfect" man. It is also true that she should not put herself under the authority of a man who is not a true follower of Christ. It would indeed be better not to marry at all if that is really the case.
