Re: Guess Who I Met
I met Frodo at church yesterday. I admonished him, as a brother in the Lord, to post more often. I enjoyed getting to meet you and I would like to talk with you some more sometime, but I'm not sure that a little brotherly admonition will be enough to get me posting. I do enjoy lurking here and read...

Re: Groffdale Conference split

Re: Groffdale Conference split
I know one of the issues in Berks Co. was use of word processors. The more conservative group felt it was turning into general computer use. The group in Berks Co. has all stayed with Groffdale Conference. You are correct however that the " word processer" was one of the hot issues. There...

Re: City Light Christian Fellowship
Yes, Hoover along with his wife moved there from Tasmania a few months ago, permanently. Based on two different people I know of who switched from a Remnant/Charity type of church to City Light, I am fairly impressed with them so far. How would these people differ from a Remnant/Charity type of chu...

Re: Books on Family Topics from an Anabaptist perspective
I am interested in finding good books about family topics, such as marriage and child training, from an Anabaptist perspective. I'm aware of John Coblentz's books on these topics, but would like to know if anyone knows of others they could recommend. I really appreciate John Drescher's books, espec...
