Re: Where are the Anabaptists in the UK?

I love the channel Ready to Harvest. This was a neat and thorough video looking at the very very small number of anabaptist church groups in the UK today. https://youtu.be/BJoTjDCAUDk?feature=shared I have long been under the impression that there have never been large numbers of Anabaptist Christi...

Re: Preparation for Baptism

When OGBBs settle in an area, is it a community decision or an individual family decision? I hear from a relative that the GA New Conference moved to southeast TN. Is that true? To the first, it is an individual decision. After a few other families move to the same area, they generally start a form...

Re: Preparation for Baptism

I know of four or five vocal proponents among the main OGBB groups (Old Conference, New Conference, and the ultra conservative OGBC bunch that pulled out of OC back in 2020), but it's mostly died out among them, is not openly preached, and is rarely openly admitted or promoted by any OGBBs who migh...

Re: Preparation for Baptism

German Baptists might have a belief in baptismal regeneration but in my experience are quite “Anabaptist” in their approach to it, and a sizeable fraction believe in universal salvation anyway. This is interesting! I'm certainly curious to know if you've actually talked to more than perhaps 10 or 1...
