Re: Paul Graham - How to Disagree

Just so I understand…we should go straight to the bottom of the pyramid because it is the broadest and most foundational part? It is the bottom line, right?

But we should. The right thing to do would be to not deliver pornography to people's mailboxes. I am very disturbed by this point of view that it's OK to do immoral things as long as an employer is telling you to do it. So I assume you could not work as a postal carrier. And presumably not as a UPS...

El Salvador's President Nayib Bukele

https://youtu.be/pa8PGsiYjUE?si=qrzZkqXtAOHWk4BQ El Salvador and Argentina deteriorated so incredibly out of control on violence and inflation. Re: Photography Sinful ?

We just interpret the text simply when it says “make no graven images”. Exceptions abound for “business use”, which I personally find questionable. I am more concerned about the graven images of Washington, Jackson, Franklin, et al , which many people worship for both business and personal use. It'...

Or critical medications for shut-ins? Did I say something that made you think I would oppose this? If you deliver the mail your job is to deliver it, not read other people's mail and judge it. You may not know this, but many would also refuse to work at certain retail stores. Why? Because of the ha...

Re: Political office

Does it, in the thinking of the denizens of this august group, violate the historical convictions of Anabaptists, to aspire to and/or assume a state legislative office? And, of course, why? Clearly it does violate the historical convictions of conservative Anabaptists, as clearly evidenced by the d...
