I think it’s a good idea to pay these. Especially if the amount they are asking for isn’t egregiously out of sync with the crime. I think it’s a good idea to pay these. Especially if the amount they are asking for isn’t egregiously out of sync with the crime. For example, if they asked for ten thousand dollars, and you don’t have it, it is in no way whatsoever bad to just ignore the request.

One thing that hasn't proven effective? Trying to ban premarital sex. Seems to work really well in our circles. We ban it. Seems to work really well in our circles. We ban it. And we aren’t dependent on abortion, or birth control to get lower teen pregnancy rates either.
