Re: Amish World's Healthiest Children
The AP actually fact checked the claims in the original article. I underlined a couple of key points: https://apnews.com/article/fact-check-amish-covid-vaccines-cancer-diabetes-autism-356029928165 CLAIM: A new, comprehensive study has found zero cases of Amish children with cancer, diabetes, autism...

Re: NFL “values”
Kansas City Chiefs kicker Harrison Butker's controversial commencement address does not appear to have affected his standing with his team of seven years. Speaking to reporters for the first time since Butker addressed the graduates of Benedictine College in Atchison, Kansas, Chiefs quarterback Pat...

Re: Amish World's Healthiest Children
My children rarely wear shoes when school is out. This morning my 11 year old left at 4:00 am to go hoe weeds in a field 2-3 hours away. He forgot his shoes. A few years back they got warts. Not sure if that comes from going bare footed or not. But no hook worms. One did cut his bare foot years ago ...

Re: Poll: Daniel Perry - Should he have been pardoned?
Sounds like the real question that no one has successfully gotten to the bottom of just yet, is simply -

A pardon does not mean that the person is innocent, or that he didn’t do what he was convicted of, or that the jury got it wrong. In fact, (I think) a pardon is an act of mercy extended, and one of the conditions of a pardon is that the person excepts his conviction and receives a pardon from the co...

I still haven’t ever transcribed a YouTube video. If someone can’t do this one here, that’d be great.
No idea if this is accurate. The comments say it is not.

Here is an interesting quote made by Origen in 248. " Christians could not slay their enemies. Nor could they condemn those who had broken the Law to be burned or stoned, as Moses commands.....However, in the case of the ancient Jews, who had a land and a form of government of their own, to ta...

Re: War in Gaza
Clement of Alexandra, (150-215) a teacher in the early Church wrote a few things about Christian dress- quite strict ,& plain did he teach! Regarding shoes, he said "Women should for the most part wear shoes. For it is not suitable for the foot to be shown naked. Besides, woman is a tender...
