They're 40% of the problem. Is 40% of the problem not worth solving?

I think both having children outside of wedlock should be severely curtailed and punished, and getting divorced should be too.

The notion was that it's their own child and they've already suffered a great deal because of that.

Note that big cities like L.A. and NYC stopped reporting crime statistics to the FBI. Consequently, statistics show that crime is down, since the biggest, most dangerous cities aren't reporting anymore.
