I visited the exhibit "Bible in America" again today to see the tapestry with the disembodied hand. There is a disembodied arm, but it is covered in what looks like a garment you might see someone wearing in Colonial Williamsburg. It does not appear to be divine garb. The hand is writing ...

Ideally, a person should feel they are "one of us" by virtue of being of the same spirit, the spirit of Christ. But since churches are at least somewhat human establishments, they end up having culture and traditions that become a part of them. If the spirit of Christ is the primary point...

I have my differences with temp, but she acts in good faith. Responding unproductively to a troll does not make one a troll. Temp is not a troll. (And Bootstrap, by the way, has just proven himself again to be a non-troll and a gentleman. And Josh isn't a troll, either. So I think my bases are cover...
