I agree. I think he should go through the regular justice system.

Models are just models. North Korea, China and the Soviet Union are/were democratic republics, at least on paper. What counts is the internal relationships. The Quaker method of governance by consensus doesn't really fit into any of your above categories. It is not direct democracy. Consensus is something different. In your list do episcopal and presbyterian both fall under representative democracy. I'm not familiar with how they work. Episcopal is rule by a body of bishops. Presbyterian falls between that and congregationalism, where the ruling body is composed of non ordained elders appointed by the congrega...
