The next fundamental line that will be drawn in BMA in their search for Biblical purism will be atonement. They will be mandating a belief in PSA over Christus Victor. Wonder what they will do with someone who answers the “which theory of the atonement do you believe “ with “Several of them?” I thi...

I really hope this isn’t the case, but I’d be surprised if that doesn’t happen soon. It would seem to me this isn’t going to be nea...

Re: Paramedics Found Guilty
You know what would have led to the victim staying alive? When detained by police, immediately submit to arrest like the rest of us do at a traffic stop instead of arguing and fighting. End of discussion. That doesn’t help answer how to hold these paramedics accountable for an egregious med error. ...

Re: Paramedics Found Guilty
I’m not defending that they didn’t make an error and need to be held accountable. I think criminal charges are likely over the top and are more likely to encourage cover up of mistakes. I haven’t dug super deeply into this case, so it may be completely justified, but from my initial review I have my...

Re: Paramedics Found Guilty
What part of the outcome are you not sure about? Seems to me there are two questions here: 1. Can a paramedic or other medical professional act so egregiously that their actions (or lack thereof) constitute criminal negligence or manslaughter or some other crime? I think the answer to that question...

Paramedics Found Guilty
This hits pretty close to home for me. Not so sure about this outcome.

Re: Gender Confusion
Interesting to me that the tidbit about the wound from the womb statement is what caught eyes. I’m not sure I agree with it either. I did find a lot of helpful input in her description of her struggle and the loving way she was discipled.

Re: Gender Confusion
I would be interested in hearing why you wholesale reject her assertion. I agree the one study I link doesn’t directly support it.
