Some things that come immediately to mind... wearing a suit and tie is still a bit much for me. Ladies cutting/styling their hair is too progressive for me at this point.

Around here the names of people who have run up thousands of parking tickets gets published in the paper. They like to do a list of top-10 violators, that sort of thing. In my opinion, knowing a little how law enforcement works, the police would be further ahead having a squad car sit at trouble spots. Not all day, but during rush hours.
