Properly soft boiling an egg is a skill that continues to elude me. I can make eggs every other way, but I never can soft boil one where it turns out right.

Being kind to all people and generally being a good example without ramming your beliefs down everyone's throats. Getting "preachy" rarely wins anyone over.

This is ironic to me. At my current employment, minorities get extra privileges. Or so it seems.
