One of the problems with capital punishment is that newer, more sophsiticated techniques for investigating crimes have proven that a substantial percentage of people convicted of capital offences are in fact innocent.

I read on "Yahoo News" that the radical group which kidnapped the missionaries from CAM that they will be killed if the ranson of one million per person is not paid. What do you know about the missionaries' status?
