The Moravian Church as a whole seems to be pro-lgbtq and just a few board members may not have been. I do know one has stepped down from his position.

The danger of theocratic government is that they attack those of their own religion too. No one is safe that doesn't follow exactly what those in the ruling part of the theocratic government decide is the godly thing.
